How we collect, use, and protect information when you visit this site or work with us.
Overview
V9 Studio ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it's handled.
Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the details you submit (such as your name, work email, company, role, website and project message, plus the page you came from) so we can respond to your enquiry. The same applies when you request a homepage teardown (your website and email). We don't require an account or collect payment information through this site.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited. It records which pages you visit and which key buttons you click, sets Google Analytics cookies, and may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We run it with IP truncation and no advertising features. We also keep our own cookieless count of page views and clicks on our hosting provider Cloudflare, which stores no IP address or device identifier. Nothing from Google loads until you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time under Cookie settings.
Fonts and external services
All fonts and scripts on this site are served from our own servers, so your visit does not send data to font or script providers such as Google Fonts. The only exception is Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which load only after you consent. When you choose to book a call, you are taken to Calendly, which handles your booking under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form.
- To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
- To meet legal obligations where applicable.
Sharing your information
We don't sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers (like hosting and analytics) who help us run this site, under terms that protect your data.
Data retention
We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it at any time by reaching out through our contact page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
